Preconstruction
During the pre construction stage, we will be getting into every detail of your project to ensure that the design aligns within your desired budget, and the target schedule. While you can have a full set of plans ready, most of the time, design and budgets do not always align. Though it is not a bad idea to interview a few contractors, we believe that the multiple bid scenario is often flawed. Prior to providing a quote, there has to be a lot of research and discovery to know what the project cost will be. During this stage, we’ll do all the discovery and research to ensure the project cost and target schedule are what we said it would be.
Virtual Design
During this stage, we’ll provide visualizations of what the space of your home will look like to ensure that you are happy with the end result even before the project even begins. If you have already selected your interior designer and they have already developed parts of this stage, we’ll make sure that measurements are accurate, and the plans are ready for construction to ensure details are not missed, and construction can be efficient. While this is being finalized, we’ll handle the permitting and final engineering revisions in this stage as well, if needed. Depending on where your project lives, this stage can be fast or take some more time to ensure the details are all accounted for and your project plans are constructible.
Construction
At this stage there are no more assumptions and construction is set to start. Every detail has been accounted for and our crew has a schedule that has been shared with you through our construction management software. Our software unites accounting, project management, scheduling, communication and tracks change orders.
